Krystal Grand Cancun All Inclusive Hotel

The staff was friendly and hard-working, and the beach area was well-maintained with a breakwater ideal for families. The rooms had excellent memory foam mattresses and daily cleaning service. However, there were some minor inconveniences like noisy rooms and long check-in/out lines. Overall, a decent choice for a relaxing beach vacation with some room for improvement in service efficiency.

Was blown away by the luxurious experience at this hotel. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, providing an array of exclusive amenities that I had never even heard of before. the outdoor swimming pool was stunning and the sun terrace provided an exquisite view. the service was top-notch, with attentive staff making sure all my needs were fulfilled.

My only minor issue was with the dining options. While the restaurant and poolside snack bar were adequate, the dinner buffet breakfast lacked the variety and quality that I had expected from a hotel of this caliber.

The rooms at Krystal Grand Punta Cancun are so cozy and modern, with a touch of hot pink by the minibar that gives them a fun vibe. The private balcony overlooking the city or ocean is perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. I felt right at home!

Location, staff, facilities, and beach were top-notch. The hotel is in the heart of all the action, making it easy to get around this city. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, from the front desk to the bartenders. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, including the multiple pools and the pool bar, which was a huge selling point for me. The beach was crystal clear, no waves, and perfect for snorkeling. It was an enjoyable experience overall.

Spent a fun, filled Christmas at this beachfront getaway. Loved the large, clean pool areas and the picture, perfect white sand beach. the resort's location was excellent, within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops. the buffet breakfast was a great start to the day, and the friendly staff made our stay enjoyable.

The water pressure in the showers was a bit weak and the temperature control was a little tricky. Also, the Wi, Fi signal was weak, which was a bit frustrating.

We loved the spacious rooms with beach views, delicious breakfast buffet, and the helpful and friendly staff.

Great location by the beach, with stunning views from the room and Altitude Tower. Friendly and helpful staff, with special appreciation to Eduardo for finding a lost item. Excellent food at Mexican and Japanese restaurant, and delicious breakfast made by a skillful chef. Luxury and comfortable facilities, recommended to stay at the Altitude Tower.

The view of the sea from our room was breathtaking! The staff went above and beyond to fix the issue with our room key, even changing the entire lock. we had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it.

Four pools, including a fun kids pool and an exclusive adults-only infinity pool with stunning ocean views, make for a delightful family experience. The hotel's location steps away from Cancun's vibrant nightlife ensures an exciting holiday without having to endure loud disturbances well into the night.

My wife says that more family-friendly entertainment options for kids would have been a great addition to the hotel's amenities.

I chose this hotel for attending a corporate retreat because it provides 6 meeting rooms available for events. The staff was accommodating and the beach was a nice place to relax after business meetings.

The one service that I missed for my work was the availability of a dedicated business center for last-minute printing and other office needs.
